Booking Your Holiday Terms & Conditions

A Printable booking form is available on this website or they can be posted to you , as can the booking conditions.
We will hold provisional bookings for 5
days to allow you to send a deposit & booking form. We will confirm
all bookings & send receipts for all deposits. No bookings will be
confirmed until deposits have been paid,
£50 for low season & £100 for
high season per week.
Can all deposits be paid by cheque or Postal order please.
The balance of your holiday must be paid in full no later than 8 weeks prior to the starting date of your holiday, please remember to allow 5 working days prior to the due date for your payments to reach us.
Bookings made within the 8 week payment deadline will need to be paid in full & sent with your booking form. You will then be sent a receipt for full payment together with your key release form. Please keep this form safe as you must present this on arrival at the Holiday Park. If payment is not received by the due date then your holiday will be treated as a cancellation.
In the event of the booking being cancelled, by the hirer within 14 days of the date booked the hirer will be liable for a proportion of the cost, minus the deposit which is forfeited, in accordance with the following scale:-
28-14 days—30%
14-07 days—60%
07-01days—80%
less than 1 day 100%
We reserve the right to re-let without notice if the balance is not received on time. We guarantee the cost of your holiday will be as agreed & shown on your confirmation of your booking by post or e-mail.
You can order passes with us or buy them on arrival.

Your key release form will be posted to you when you have paid for your holiday.This is what you will show at reception on arrival.
Party Conditions
Party leaders must be 21 years or older and we will not take bookings for single sex parties.
The party leader is responsible for the behaviour of all members of their group & shall ensure no damage is caused to our caravan or nuisance caused to other persons on the park.
The accommodation must be left in good order & condition, any damage must be reported to the owner, or our cleaning service. The caravan is checked prior to each letting. Please treat our caravan with respect & care so that we the owners and other guests may continue to enjoy it.
In the event you notice any damage please report to us or our cleaner as soon as possible, so that we can take the necessary action. Our caravan will be inspected at the end of your holiday and you will be charged for any loss or damage caused. We reserve the right to enter our caravan under any special circumstances or emergencies.
Where unreasonable behaviour of anyone named on your booking form impairs the enjoyment comfort or health of any other guests or owners on the park, Haven or we, personally reserve the right to terminate your holiday without compensation.
Only persons listed on your booking form/confirmation may occupy your accommodation or use the park facilities. No more than 6 persons are permitted to occupy our caravan . If you require to change the original booking form, this must be done in writing at least 2 weeks prior to your holiday.
No Smoking or Pets allowed in the Caravan.
Arrival & Departure times.
The caravan will be available from 2pm on the day of your arrival and you must leave the caravan by 10am on the day of departure.
